would want to stay there again
The double room had a private bathroom with a shower, and all amenities like a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and towels were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was generous with freshly cooked full English options and gluten-free choices too. The lounge area was cozy and decorated warmly for the season. The staff were fun and attentive.

i had an amazin stay at the hogs head hotel! annette made the best breakfasts every mornin and the food was delish. my room was comfy and clean, and the place had this chill vibe that made me feel at home. the location was nice too, only a short bus ride to nottingham. i really loved the friendly staff, they made me feel super welcome!
the shower room was kinda small, and there was not much wardrobe space for my clothes. also, the sound proofing could’ve been better, i heard some noise from nearby rooms.

Would recommend for a brief stop-in.
Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast options, including fair portions and unique private tables for each guest.
The soundproofing inside the hotel could be improved as some noise is audible from neighboring rooms.
-
missingWrote a review on 08 Junquirky bathroomgenerous breakfasttime restrictions
The room features a delightful door-less shower, giving it a quirky touch that stands out. Breakfast portions are generous and include a variety of options served fresh, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
Check-in wraps up by 7 PM, which isn’t ideal if you're traveling on a tight schedule or need flexibility. the dining options come with time restrictions. food must be ordered by 7:30 PM, making the experience feel rushed. The noise insulation could use some work, as sounds from neighboring rooms can penetrate through. Finally, unpleasant odors linger in the reception area, which could be off-putting upon arrival.
